Steps for Chrome/Firefox/Edge on a computer
When you click 'Record now' a popup may appear when you are using one of our supported browsers on your computer. Please ensure you click allow. If you click block by mistake you can change your settings easily by following the steps below.
Please click allow when requested:
If you do not click allow you can easily change your settings to allow access within the dropdown menus:
Once you have given a camera and microphone access you will then be able to click 'Record Now'. You may need to click refresh in your browser.
Steps for Android phones
Navigate to: Home > Settings > Apps > Chrome > Permissions
You should see Camera, Location and Microphone in the Allowed section. If not please click into each and click 'Allow'.
Exit the settings menu and open the Willo interview link in Google Chrome on your phone.
You may be asked to grant permission to camera or microphone again in a pop-up - please click Allow.
You can now complete the interview.
Steps for iPhone and iPad
We are assuming you are using the Safari browser.
Navigate to: Home > Settings > Safari
Scroll down to Camera and check Allow
Then scroll to Microphone and check Allow.
Exit the settings menu and open the Willo interview link in Safari on your iPhone or iPad.
You may be asked to grant permission to camera or microphone again in a pop-up - please click Allow.
You can now complete the interview.
