Cancel account
To cancel your Willo account simply send us a written cancellation email notification to support@willotalent.com
All cancellations require 30 days notice, and if you are due a monthly payment in that time, it will be charged to your account as your final payment.
We would obviously be sad to see you go, so please do include your reasons for cancellation in your email. We'll also need the email to be sent from the main email address held on your account, along with your business name and your name.
Prefer to pause?
Maybe you just need a break. We get that. If you wish to pause your account and retain all your videos and other data you can do this for a small fee. As soon as you are ready to start using Willo again let us know.
