To find your profile and upgrade options, click on your name (shown here as Test Test) which will show on the far right hand side of the menu:
You will then see the following drop-down menu:
Click on Profile to see your account plan and upgrade options as below:
Click on the subscribe button and enter your payment card details on the next screen to upgrade.
