Fair Usage
We have a fair usage policy in place - for each user on the platform (including free forever users):
Free Forever Plan
We allow 25 video interviews per monthly cycle for free users.
Starter Plan
Paying users enjoy 150 inclusive video interviews per billing cycle. If you exceed this number of video interviews per user account in any particular cycle we ask that you adhere to our fair usage policy and pay an additional for £0.99 per candidate application over and above the 150.
For example if you are a user and receive 190 video interviews in a billing cycle you would be billed an additional £39.60 in the next billing cycle (£0.99 x 40 = £39.60).
Pro Plan
Users on the Pro plan have a number of interviews agreed in advance.
